DDSBC03 - Dec 3: Tic Tac Toe, Three in A Row

Hi all! 

This is my creation for the Dec. 3 challenge on the A Challenge a Day Keeps the Hoarding Away over at Splitcoaststampers.com

I made this with wallet-sized photos in mind. There's space for 3 photos, one each in the first, fifth and ninth rectangles. There's a journaling area next to the spots where each photo is supposed to go.
