CCCB92; CCCW153; Aud Sentiments 46; Creative Inspirations 146; TPE131; SOS35

Hi all!

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

City Crafter Blog's challenge #92 was to make a card but also decorate the inside. Please scroll down to see pics of the inside and outside of my card.

Crafty Creations challenge #153 was to create a valentine's themed project. I made a Valentine's day card.

Aud Sentiments blog's challenge #46 asked us to use the word "love" somewhere in our creations. The stamped image has "loves me" and "loves me not" next to some petals, and I also hand wrote "love you" at the bottom right corner of the image panel.

Creative Inspiration's challenge #146 challenged us to use only our favorite color plus white. I went with a pink and white card.

The Pink Elephant's challenge #131 was also a challenge in which we were to use our favorite colors. You can probably tell I chose pink as my favorite color. What girl can resist it, eh?

Shopping Our Stash Weekly's challenge #35 was to use a border punch. I used a Fiskars scallop edge punch on the white layer behind the main image panel.

 Here's my card:

I inked the image panel first with colorbox Chiffon White ink over most of the panel, then went a bit farther inside the edges with VersaMagic ink in Pixie Dust and then lightly tapped along the edge with colorbox Rouge ink. The flower was colored with Copics. I hand wrote the "love you" sentiment and doodled hearts and dots along the border.

The handwritten sentiment:

Here's the inside:

I tore up a piece of white tissue paper and adhered that behind a scrap of Neenah white card stock, then doodled hearts and dots along the bottom border and on the top right corner, then colored them with Copic color R21. If I had not used Neenah card stock, the color would probably have bled out of the doodled heart lines, but Neenah is very absorbent and I made sure to barely touch the tip of the marker inside the tiny hearts.

A close-up of the doodled hearts and inked edges of the torn tissue paper:

Supplies used:
stamp: Rubber Stampede- loves me
ink: Colorbox Chalk- Rouge; Colorbox- Chiffon White; VersaMagic- Pixie Dust
Copic colors used: R20, R21 and black multiliner 0.1
patterned paper: the pink layer behind the image is by Fancy Pants Design from the Baby Mine collection
card stock: base is Georgia Pacific white; white layers on the outside and inside are Neenah Solar White 80#
accessories: Fiskars scallop edge punch; Gem Chic pink pearls; mounting tape; white tissue paper; inkssentials ink applicator

Thanks for looking!
