Hi all!
I am so excited to participate on my first blog challenge ever. I made a creation for Challenge #113 over at Crafty Catz Weekly Challenge. The challenge was to use a Santa's Hat somewhere on your creation. I don't have any stamp or die cut of a Santa's Hat, so I drew one on to a stamped image of a Changito Stamp by Stampendous! using a Copic multiliner. I'd like to make it clear that I do not claim copyright to the image, as such rights belong to Stampendous!
After that I stamped the thanks sentiment and underlined it with the multiliner. The Changito was colored with Copics. Then I cut out a strip of patterned paper and die cut a strip of red card stock with an MFT die. I glued them together and then placed them over the colored image. Using an oval nestabilities, I traced the shape of an oval onto the strip of patterned paper and cut out the inside so that the strip would frame the image. With the little dots that fell out of the die cutout, I added a little extra touch under the sentiment by adhering three of them. All of that was done on a piece of 4 3/16" x 5 7/16" white card stock and adhered to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" white card base.
